Town Plan 2023
The Town of Georgia is seeking proposals to rewrite the Georgia Town Plan.
Proposals should be based on two options:
Option 1 - $20K
Option 2 - $35K
Deadline for New Town Plan - Town Plan needs to be adopted for January 2025. The Planning Commission expects to have a final draft ready for public presentation by August 2024.
This is a full rewrite with public engagement through a town-wide survey. The Town Plan must include updated data specific to the Town of Georgia, town surveys, Vermont town plan requirements updates, and an easy-to-read graphical layout.
Vendors should clearly explain what they can offer based on these two budget amounts.
